To market the available space at 200 Berkshire Place, we created a vibrant pattern inspired by the reception flooring, with a carefully crafted colour scheme. This allowed for a memorable brand that was applied across brochure, email marketing and website.

We took photo and video of the building to aid the marketing efforts by spotlighting its best attributes with thoughtful and creative camerawork.
