The hand-drawn style used throughout the marketing helped to make a feature of the friendly-village location by giving it a charming, personable edge that stands out against competing property marketing.

This, in combination with an equally fun and care-free tagline and vibrant and distinctive colour palette, led to a strong brand with real impact.
