Having just been fully refurbished, this Grade A, two storey office building located within a 15 minute walk from Guildford town centre came back to the market available to let.

We created an identity for the building that included a sharp, contemporary logo and colour scheme that reflected the shapes, angles and colours found in the fresh new interior.

The branding was applied across extensive collateral that included brochure, video, website, email marketing and signage and display marketing such as wall and window vinyls, letting board, hanging signs and more.

This thorough marketing was very successful and went a long way in securing new tenants.
