70 years ago Store Property began developing property in Sussex. Today they continue to be a family-owned business and their operations have grown to cover the ownership, management and development of over 2 million sq ft of offices, industrial units and retail outlets.
This long-standing history and reputation in the field were not represented in Store Property’s branding, which had little in the way of a consistent and recognisable style.
We wanted to respect the heritage of the logo, so we treated it as an evolution rather than a complete reinvention. We swapped the, now dated, serif typeface for a more modern, clean sans serif and gave the branding a bold and distinctive new colour scheme.
We provided brand guidelines to demonstrate the brand application, as well as a new suite of branded stationery.
