This prominent building holds a corner position on Grosvenor Place, immediately bordering Buckingham Palace and on a key arterial route linking Mayfair with Victoria.

We put together a brochure representing the property’s unique refurbishment and repositioning investment opportunity, with a particular focus on the office and healthcare sectors.

The design needed to reflect the magnitude of the opportunity, with a clean, high-class feel. We included a pattern inspired by a feature wall in the reception area of the building.

The project included custom interior and exterior photography, aerial photography, maps and icons, all thoughtfully put together to really showcase the property, it’s key features, ESG potential, excellent London location and promise in the relevant markets.
