This interactive brochure was put together to market an exciting investment opportunity on Tottenham Court Road. This involved a dual fronted office and retail building providing 50,375 sq ft of commercial accommodation.
The brochures interactive design allows the viewer to navigate directly to different sections and sub-sections, making the information much clearer and easier to digest. It is not only a much more interesting and positive experience for the viewer than flicking through a conventional brochure page by page, but it also makes it much more memorable.
With a high-class black and gold colour scheme, the design reflects the high-worth West End opportunity and the key elements are highlighted within clean but engaging layouts.
