This mixed-use residential development is located right in Romford town centre, just minutes from Romford Crossrail station. 

We created an identity for the scheme, with a branded brochure featuring a rich, textured colour palette that reflected the themes of the proposed building. 

The logo uses a chunky serif font and a leafy pattern, harnessing the theme of nature to give a friendly and homely feel, as often found in residential branding.
